Payoffs in Software Training

After an intensive SolidWorks training at the end of year 2011, I am still assimilating all the knowledge shared with me.  It is impossible to comprehend so many features in such a short period of time. Thanks to Enerworks, I had the opportunity to take several SolidWorks courses, starting from basic drawings, how to utilize the assembly modeling capabilities, sheet metal parts design, and fundamental skills of simulations among others. I’m very thankful because it was such an excellent experience and a good opportunity to appreciate that SolidWorks is such a solid and feature-rich application.  It is nearly impossible to cover every aspect of the software during training. However, the trainers were quite knowledgeable and helpful which made the training a pleasant time.  Being surrounded by people who like the same subject, and I was doing what I like, that sure makes training more interesting.

Now, the exciting part: for the last couple of months Enerworks has been working on very interesting projects, expanding our product line, which allows me to use “some” of the tools learned during training. As time goes by, I’m able to use eve more tools on a regular basis. I’m excited to see that the knowledge acquired is paying off as I feel more comfortable with this design application. I’m grateful to be able to contribute to such a positive, enthusiastic and motivated team, striving to not only staying in the game, but to exceed the expectations from our customers. I’m confident that the new era of EnerWorks will be noticeable as time goes by, because we are always working on ways to improve and I’m pleased to be part of it.
