This system is installed in the new GoodLife Fitness Club in Guelph. This complete commercial water heating system solution provides hot water to showers, laundry facility, recirculation loop, etc. The system includes a controller box which intelligently manages the system and monitors temperature and flow sensor readings. The system data is displayed locally and on a web interface for maintenance purposes. This recorded data allows for visibility into the water usage profile of the site and more accurate preventative maintenance scheduling, limiting costly downtime and emergency repair cost.
The Enerworks Super Solar Combi Tanks are custom made for this application and well insulated with 4” foam and quality stainless steel construction, surpassing any standard water tank in the market. Each tank has three custom located sensor wells; uniquely designed drain and cold water inlet prevent buildup of sediment. The Dual Pump Station eliminates hot water shortages by automatically triggering the secondary pump if no flow is detected.
